1. Information We Collect

ReplyVerse.scrollar.com ("we", "our") accesses Instagram user profile information, post comments, and message event metadata exclusively through official Meta Graph API permissions granted during OAuth authorization (`instagram_basic`, `instagram_manage_comments`, `instagram_manage_messages`).

2. How We Use Information

We process Instagram comment events strictly to deliver single automated private DMs requested by commenters on post reels and to publish configured public replies. We do not store personal Instagram passwords or private DM contents.

3. Data Security & Storage

All Meta access tokens and account identifiers are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES encryption. Access tokens are strictly scoped to connected workspace automation routines.

4. User Data Control & Revocation

Users can disconnect their Instagram account at any time via the ReplyVerse India Dashboard or by revoking access in Instagram App Settings under Apps and Websites.
